Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - in a skein, not wound into a ball or used in any way, and with the original packaging.

To arrange a return email me at skeinqueen@gmail.com. Postage will not be refunded for returns unless there is an issue with the product.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives it to check you have received the correct items - picking errors happen occasionally and we will always try to make it right as soon as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on yarn sold as a mystery colourway unless there is a fault with the yarn. This includes club yarns, advent calendars and any other mystery colourways we may offer. We do not accept returns once the yarn is balled or caked unless there is a fault with the yarn. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
